Isn't it common practice to coat main meal ingredients after the flour is ground not while the flour is being ground?   |

When you see something like that and they are still alive but you know they aint going to make it i think they should mercy kill with a mass overdose of morphine.  |

Woah  His liver also poking out. Being pedantic know this is old, but there is such thing as intestinal transplant - but yes blood loss/shock would have killed him. Death when taken out. Wonder how much of him remained in there though |

I'm surprised he lived as long as he did, and although he didn't make it's kind of heartening to know that at least the people there tried to save him. Still looks like a very traumatic and painful way to go.
