A Man Executed, Woman and Child Injured (no Photos of Child)

A man was executed with 9 shots while driving the silver Ford Ecosport vehicle in the early evening of this Thursday, 13, at Avenida Torquato Tapajós, near Loja Bemol, Novo Israel neighborhood, North Zone of Manaus.

A woman and a five-year-old child who were also in the vehicle were also shot and taken in serious conditions to the Hospital and Emergency Room Dr. João Lúcio Pereira in an ambulance from Samu.

Police officers from the Specialized Homicide and Kidnapping Police Station (DEHS) were informed that the shots were fired by a blue-helmeted gunman who was on the back of a motorcycle driven by a man in a black helmet.

The woman traveling next to the man who was executed was grazed on the head and ribs on the left side, while the child, who would be the couple's daughter, was shot with a grazed shot in one of the arms.

There was no clue until the investigation of the motive for the crime began, but what also draws the attention of DEHS police officers is the somewhat unusual fact that the shots were fired by a woman.

The team working on the case was already looking for information about the name and past life of the man who was shot like the nine shots of a 380 caliber pistol and died on the spot, to see if he had a criminal record related to drug trafficking.
