Taped Hands and Bullets to the Head in Sinaloa
Elements of the Municipal Police confirmed the presence of a lifeless person who was found on his side, tied hands and feet with cinnamon tape and with several bullet wounds in the body, mainly in the head. The victim, who has not been identified so far, is of a regular complexion, light brunette, 25 to 30 years old, who wore pans-type pants, black jacket and blue tennis shoes. Personnel from the State Attorney General's Office and investigating agents arrived at the scene to carry out the corresponding investigations and raised 4 9-millimeter caliber percussion caps.       |
