Pitbulls are lovely dogs, they're really sweet. It's the assholes who breed fighting dogs and abuse them, that instill this aggression in the breed. I bet this is a fighting dog. Its Brazil. Probably belongs to a drug dealer. I'm surprised they wouldn't have a Dogo Argentino. Banning the dogs does nothing, it's just a lazy way out of catching illegal breeders/fighters and dealing with them. There are other breeds of dogs way more fucking vicious than bull types. Go fuck with a Japanese Tosa, or a Chow Chow. They will fuck you up royally, but are not banned. Pit bulls are very easy to handle and train, they are just abused and used for the wrong things far too often and it is difficult to find a proper pit bull breeder who is breeding from mild tempered, and under control dogs.

I have 2 arm pit bulls... they're very furry, sweaty and they always eat my deodorant! The only things they've killed are my silk shirts at outdoor summer weddings! I should Ban them but they prefer Old Spice or Speed Stick!  |

I don't know, if that man were mauled to death by a dog I'd think there would be bite marks and teeth impressions visible in this photograph. It's possible, and maybe there are bite marks that we're not able to see, but I'm inclined to believe the man in the photo was in some sort of vehicular accident, especially with the snapped wrists. That's in line with somebody being thrown and trying to stop the impact with their hands.
