How else are doctors supposed to learn about the anatomy of the genitals and urinal tracts? It's fascinating when you're in comparative anatomy and you're looking at just how similarly the male/female genitalias are structured.

Also, it appears something is... uh... "leaking"... from the female.

Kind of reminds me of Traces of Death (not faces) where they show a gender reasignment operation. They cut the guys penis like a hot dog being cut lengthwise. Makes my ass pucker every time I see it.
