This must be a really upscale part of town. The pointers are very professional with matching uniforms (delineating agency, authority, rank, and responsibility), shoes (yes, lace up shoes), proper rescue equipment, purpose built rescue vehicles, proper holster with a real gun, hats, various note books, and a really cool foldable dead person transport tray. Overall I'd give this an "A-" in professional 3rd world emergency response.
