Looks like the last one had implants. At least two are childen. Kind of creepy and cool at the same time. The ones with the hands across their chests look frozen in time, which I guess, they are. |

If any get the chance, check out a traveling exibit called Body Worlds. Cadavers are processed with a special pastic compond that preserves everything intact without decompisition.

I know what you are talking about, mate. This technique called plastination was invented by the famous German anatomist Dr. Gunther von Hagens in 1977 and patented in the following year. That is by far one of the most advanced techniques to preserve cadavers.
