Lebanese Ship Transporting Hundreds Of Oxen Capsizes
Back on October 6th in a port near Barcarena, Brazil, a ship transporting a reported four thousand (perhaps hundreds?) of oxen capsized due to being way overloaded. The ship eventually sank causing trapped animals to drown. Local residents tried their best to rescue animals that were flailing in the water. Port Authorities investigated the cause of the Lebanese ship's disaster. Now the rotting carcasses are starting to wash up on the shoreline posing an environmental hazard. Was going to post this at the time but thought I'd monitor it until the aftermath was shown. |
