I read about this case, it's a most extraordinary one.
Happened a few months ago in the hills of South Kentucky. The deceased lived in a wood cabin in the hills with his mother and their son- Yes you read right, his mother gave birth to his son, being inbred the son was severely retarded. Anyway as the offical story went, the deceased was complaining of constant headaches and the mother insisted that the retarded son perform surgery on him to relieve the headaches.
All they had by way of "surgical equipment" (and I use that term loosely), was a pitchfork.
Well.. the retard (pitchfork in hand) barely even coherent of his surroundings, starts hitting the guy on the head & face, then fatally stabs him in the neck.
So the blood-drenched hillbilly retard runs to nearest village where the sheriff is alerted and police & medics are dispatched to the cabin...
If I remember correctly, the retard was let off but the mother was jailed for life. I'll try dig up the offical story on a news site..
