By the time the cops got to Kevins house, he may have been dead for some hours and his body may have started to stiffen, rigor. So, what actually happened.

they have to follow procedures, i have a friend who happened to be a certified EMT and was working security at a mall when they chased a shoplifter and he ran out through the parking lot across the highway and got hit by a car, it rotated his upper torso 180 degrees from his lower and killed him instantly but by law my friend had to try to resuscitate him until the ambulance got there

he said when he did chest compressions on the guy it felt like he was pushing on a bowl of jello
