That is 100% correct and being a former needle drug user (clean for 5 yrs) I know. Those spots on the bottom of his legs are directly where a good vein is and when a user is trying to hide the scars this is where they shoot up, I know because I did the same thing. Never had an abcess like that but know ppl that did & is exactly what they look like, is NOT a spider bite. Hope this helps explain a lil better.
