I'm not quite sure I understand why exactly people feel an obligation to hate on the overweight. Much less since there is not a corpse in the world that looks appetizing when cut open and spread out. Also, there is fat tissue in every (healthy) body. I'm not sure what would gross me out more, the sight of some blubber like here, or the lung of a smoker. So let's not judge people by the appearance of their dead insides.
