Awesome thread, I joined specifically for it. Supposedly there is footage of Cevert arguing w/ Jackie Stewart before his fatal crash? Have you ever seen or heard of this? Also, my dad took me (+ teh sibs) to a race when I was really young, probably around 8 or so. Anyway, after the race we all got autographs from Billy Vukovich III. Didn't mean that much to me @ the time and I ended up losing the signature but I'll never forget my dad telling me that man had died only months later. |

Inside the next 18 months, 4 Nascar drivers would die in crashes that often looked less violent. Jimmy Johnson is a 5 time Nascar champion, how different the history of the sport would look had he joined the grisly toll on that day. |

Anything that you want to see or have never seen as far as motorsport crashes/incidents goes just ask Im sure myself or windowlicker have something on the crash and TheDark will have some interesting backstory as well That goes for anybody reading this thread, dont ever be afraid to ask if theres something you dont see, if its already been posted I can find the page its on for you And welcome to the thread and the forum, im glad thats why you joined and im positive the $10 it cost you will be well worth it in this threads shear amount of information, let alone all the photos and videos that you can download |
