5th January 2016, Phnom Penh, Cambodia - a 55 year old man was found dead following an apparent short-drop suspension suicide (low hanging). The man was found to be extremely underweight and his niece thought he was in some way ill, maybe terminally. He had been staying with family for a few weeks, and had tried suicide previously.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. My watermarks are covering others. I'm wondering if anyone agrees - should it be made a rule that commenting about watermarks on posts should be a warning-offence? It's really irritating when I get comments about watermarking, when I take the time and effort to post new-to-site content. I wish I didn't have to do cover-ups. Believe me, it would be far easier for me.
