Re: Human Barbeque (Necklacing)
No. That is not what I meant when I said 'these people'. I was referring to the type of people who torture others for whatever reason in such a callous fashion. I wasn't trying to suggest that people of a particular race are more likely to commit such an act. As far as I know brutality comes in all colours.

Re: Human Barbeque (Necklacing)
I believe not. This happens in the rural areas and usually when a specific group riots against for example bad service delivery or something. People that do not support their way of thinking or participate in the riot are usually the victim. Not sure where De Beers would fit in with this scenario, to be honest, I wasn’t even aware that they use slaves … where did they get them, I thought all the slaves where taken away to work in America and Europe … damn, we must be asleep down here in dark Africa … or possibly it’s the Dutchmen mentality … |

Re: Human Barbeque (Necklacing)
Necklacing (sometimes called necklace) is the practice of execution carried out by forcing a rubber tyre, filled with petrol, around a victim's chest and arms, and setting it on fire. The victim may take up to 20 minutes to die, suffering severe burns in the process.
