You must be the smart one,no offense to anyone else,but this should of clicked by now.Looks like he was messing around behind the fridge dropped something behind there or what have you and got electrocuted. This would be why he is standing up because the initial shocks killed him and it is pretty apparent where the fire has originated.The fire came after. looks like it was pretty tight to the wall couldn't pull out,not that he could anyway when your getting shocked. You pretty much die as you were
