In one of the pics it looks like blood splatter so I'd have to obviously guess that he hit the living fuck out of her with whatever he used. Also a ".32" sadly doesn't help one bit with identifying what sorta firearm was used, if it was a .32 pistol, possibly .32 ACP then god help her lol
