Citizens discovered the dismembered corpse of an unknown man, whose face and left side of his chest was removed and were bagged in plasic and stuffed inside two blue plastic drums near a vacant lot next to a federeal Mexican highway..

The corpse was also quartered and his ears were cut off. The legs, arms and severed hands, were also found inside black plastic bags, inside the drums, while the head without face and without ears, was left in a building nearby. The thorax, also bagged, was inside the second blue drum.
