Head in a Box.
A barbaric crime occured in Porto Alegre in the early morning of Sunday the 01/17/2016. A man was beheaded, and the head was found at around 7 am, in a cardboard box. Almost at the same time, a body was located in another neighbourhood. It was wrapped in a duvet, on which was written the phrase "bullet in the bullet." The police say the reference is in relation to the criminal faction in Bala Face. The head and body were taken to the Medical Legal Department, and it was determined that they are the same person. The distance between one location and another is approximately 5km.     |

You may well be right. I find it hard to translate even using translation apps. If you put Bala nos bala in it comes up as bullet in bullet, or bullet in the bullet, if you put nos in it comes up as us or we. It says Bala na casa is a criminal faction, but I couldn't find anything to show that's the name of them, and the translation is bullet in the face, or bullet face. But i'd go with it being revenge, like you said.
