The driver did exactly as posted, this happened in Australia the car is a HR or HD Holden ute, not a truck.

At about the time this happened a husband and wife committed suicide in a similar manner they were in a HG Holden panel van pics of both models included, they attached piano wire to a tree then placed it around their necks and hubby drove off slicing their heads off very cleanly indeed.
