Playing some catchup here because I have been too busy to post much. Some older stuff coming, some newer stuff. I found some of it on my own, some of it was sent to me in hopes of me finding more/better, for which I was typically somewhat successful.

First is an 18 year old woman, Mariel, who hanged herself because of boyfriend trouble. She put a chair on her bed and used a nylon rope.

Have good antemortems, decent scene photos, and two cutdowns. No hanging photos. Neither cutdown is great, both being censored in some way.

Based on the complaints of her family and friends in the comment sections where I found most of the pics, there were originally better postmortem photos posted, but they were taken down and/or censored in response to the complaints about her dead body being shown online.

Note that the tshirt in the third antemortem is the one she was wearing when she hanged herself.

Nicaragua for this one. 25 year old woman, Deyanira, hanged herself when her husband announced he was leaving her for another woman. Originally received only a censored image from a contributor who sometimes sends me stuff, from which I managed to source antemortems and a relatively clean postmortem hanging picture.

Young teen, Sofia, from Guatemala hanged herself on a tree outside her home. She was cut down in an effort to save her before photos were taken, so I have the tree and I have her body cut down, but no hanging image. Face was censored at the source due to her being a minor.

Teen from Guatemala hanged herself in her home while her family was away for less than an hour. She didn't leave a note, but her mother told the police that she had recently had a breakup with a boyfriend.

Received this one with no information aside from location, which was Aldea Secamuxan, Chisec, Guatemala and that the woman was 23. I could not locate any more photos or details.

Indonesia.

Only details I have are that she was charged with killing four people when driving a rental car intoxicated.

Not sure at what point in the legal process she slipped off to hang herself, but she definitely hanged herself.

One more old one. From 2022 in Guatemala.

This was allegedly a homicide and not a suicide.

This woman's SUV was found abandoned on the road about two miles way from the 'storage shed' she was found hanging in. Both of the vehicle's front doors were wide open and the interior looked like there'd been a struggle.

When the abandoned vehicle was called in to the police, they checked all of the known locations in the area, including this storage building.

The woman was inside, recently deceased. She had a plastic bag on her head and a noose around her neck. The noose was tied off across a beam to a wall fixtures, so it is possible she rigged it up herself, but between that, the abandoned car, and the plastic bag over her face, murder by asphyxiation was suspected.

Case was never solved.

And one more from Guatemala. 38 year old woman hanged herself in her home and was discovered by her daughter shortly thereafter. The daughter cut her down in attempts to save her, but was unsuccessful.

I probably spent far too much time trying to put this one together. The end results of my work were middling at best. There may still be hope, but I am pretty much tapped, as is the guy I occasionally pull in to help me source stuff.

Two days ago, a 19 year old woman in Solan, Himachal hanged herself while her family was out shopping and live streamed the entire thing with pretty much perfect camera placement.

Much of the video she shot that day is still up on her Facebook, but the actual hanging sequence has been killed by FB algorithm. I have seen enough screen caps to know that some people definitely recorded the hanging, but it is difficult to find.

I managed to source one video that has a truncated but uncensored segment of the hanging itself and another one or two that have much more of the hanging, but the upper half of her body is censored. She left the sound recording during the hanging, so if you are interested int hat you can engage your volume while watching the hanging sequence itself. Be warned, however, that her cell phone starts ringing off the hook part way through and the music is loud and jarring.

Not sure if the full hanging sequence will ever surface. What I did scrounge up isn't bad, but it is obvious that if the full footage is released it is probably very interesting to watch. Hopefully someone sharper and more dedicated than me can run it down. I spent more than enough hours on this case as it is. :/
