On the morning of 22nd August 2020 in Sangkat Damrey Choan Khla (Cambodia), 80 year old C.K. hanged herself. The elderly lady's 15 year old granddaughter found her body hanging from a scarf by the window.

Young woman hanged herself in her garage while wearing only a bra, her gym shorts, and some pink shoes. Photo quality isn't exceptional, but I've seen worse. Several commentors on social media opined that she might have been murdered elsewhere and hanged postmortem to stage it as a suicide. Their rationale was that 'her knees are almost touching the ground.'  I mean, you never can tell, I suppose. But noose position, neck orientation, and arm placement coupled with the wooden stool and visible puddle of urine directly under her body sure scream 'partial suspension hanging' to me.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |
