Seems that having the pressure on the side of the neck results to much fewer twitches? It's fortunate (in a certain perspective that these events could be much more easily spectated) that live suicides now are getting more prevalent.

I suspect that knot under the chin position causes instant spine injury. We have two live suicides in a row with that noose position and almost complete lack of bodily movements...

20 year old woman committed suicide. Was supposed to marry someone she disliked. Additionally "someone" published offending photos of her on facebook.
