About 4 people have sent me this thus far. I'm still on the fence about it, but leaning towards staged. The fact that the original Twitter post containing this set was posed on 4/1/2018 (April Fool's Day) was not helpful.

Could be real, of course. But it doesn't feel right to me. April Fool's Day posting, Japan, face omitted from the vid, nudity...it all adds up to fetish fake in my book.

On the other hand, this chick seems like a complete and utter basket case, so I'm still on the fence.

from what I see here last two fragments of a sequence looks frighteningly real and a missing fragment fits where body goes totally limp.

They're not numbered or sequenced properly, but I place them like that:
First one shows her undressed in the bathroom.
Then come several parts where she's nude, mumbling something to the camera.
Then she puts on that white cardigan and keeps mumbling.
The third from the end shows her pointing at the wire noose attached to the post, then she drops the camera, then positions it, then stands up motioning to the noose.
Then comes the part where she's slumping into the noose in sitting position.
The last one shows last agonal breathing that stops.

Looks pretty real to me. And disturbing like hell.

I also thought it might be fake, but as I noticed this viscous saliva drooling down from her mouth on her chest (2nd half of the last part) I lean towards real. Also the agonal breathing attempts and spasms look very authentic. I guess it almost impossible to fake those deep resiratory attempts as well the weak terminal ones.

I don't understand japanese, but this woman sounds totally deranged and while the quality is decent, the setting itself is clearly not professional. Also some weak indications it might be real.

But well, everything is possible. Its either the best fake ever or just real.

Unless there's someone in the room to release her, she's in obvious trouble. We see her passing out, then somewhat regaining consciousness when she tries to grab the noose, then her hands drop again.

I agree the second half is being manipulated, maybe this is why there's no sound in the second half on the video. It must be a dangerous fetish game, not suicide. Or fetish game that went wrong.
