Yeah, my apologies for this, you are probably not a scammer, but there is a lot of scammers over the web and, in a gore community like DR, where some content is in the "grey zone", it would be very dangerous to trust someone and send money or worse, credit card informations.

January, 2013. This 20-year-old woman had had two children (one 11 month old and the other 4 month old) with her 32-year-old husband. She was a housewife and her husband drove a songthaew (modified pickup used as a bus). She was worried about the finance of her family, having two young kids to feed, so she often drank alcohol. After childbirth, she took some medicine to treat her post-partum bleeding (probably misoprostol), but then she found out she was pregnant for three months, which would be her third child. However, the doctor told them that the medicine may cause birth defects, and the mother became very worried. She drank even more booze and it gave her bad health and stomach ache.
