In Matões on 15th May 2018, the body of 16 year old Pandora was found by her 14 year old brother when he came home from school. It's thought that the reason she committed suicide is because she was blamed for her ex-boyfriend, 23 year old Danielson da Silva Brito killing himself at dawn the day before. A resident of the city stated that "several people were accusing her of being guilty of the death of the ex-boyfriend + certainly she did not stand the charges".
