Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
Don't do it.. Life is long, full of pain, but there is also joy and happiness.. Get envolve in social work, find more than one way to communicate to yourself, ask for help.. Write how you feel in a forum and you will see how many ppl are ready to guide you. |

Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
You mean online support groups? I think it just boils down to how much an individual can bear his/her mental pain, some can be easily motivated by joining a support group whilst some are not. It's better to do a consultation to mental physiciatrist as early as possible imo, no matter how stress or depressed an individual is so suicidal tendencies can be effectively alleviated. Seeing how those suicide pics mostly come from South Asian countries, it would be interesting if any reputable nonprofit organization that specializes in mental health issues conducted concise studies about how suicide cases in these countries are linked to their culture, economic and marital/family problems or not. Which can also be beneficial for government officials there to plan better nationwide suicide prevention programs. Cmiiw

. Madhya Pradesh is a state in central India. The woman's name was Newkonda Radhya (28 years). I could be mistaken in translation and inaccurately translated. You too can try to translate this abracadabra. I wonder what you will get ... . |

Women hang everywhere. Just such terrible photos are not "taboo" for India. The same is true for Latin America and for Southeast Asia. Sometimes such photos come to us from Africa. . |

Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
Exactly. And American women aren't immune to this either. Hell, you likely remember the case of the tweenaged girl in Georgia who hung herself after sustaining years of abuse from her old man. Kaitlyn Davis was her name, and the video went viral last year. I used to frequent SnuffX when it was up and running. They posted photos from a case where a 35-year-old mother of two hung herself from a tree in New Hampshire. Reason? Domestic abuse. How is that any different from the hundreds of poor Indian women whose corpses we see here? |

Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
Nah, that's pretty much all horseshit. normdiaz was right the first time. Sure, women do hang themselves in the US as well. And Latin America and SE Asia. But the fact remains that the FEMALE suicide rate in the US is 5.8 per 100,000. The female suicide rate in India? 14.6 per 100,000. That is THREE TIMES the amount of female suicides in India than the US. Mexico is only 2.1 per 100,000, so half that of the US and SEVEN TIMES less than India. So, say what you will...India is, in terms of self-annihilation, one of the unsafest places in the world for females. And that's not anecdotal speculation based on my time on gore forums, it's hard data from the World Health Organization. |

Re: Hanged Girls Thread Continued
Is inda's rate accurate given the propensity for honor killings and such to be ruled as suicides?
