I hadn't realized that people might be interested in that sort of thing here. Quality and detail of reports can vary. I'll post Stevie's if it's good. Since there is tentative interest, I'll post a different one here for now. And if there is more interest, I can probably provide others. It isn't 100% topical here, since there are no postmortem images. Only antemortem images and postmortem documentation. But it's close enough to the spirit of the thread that I'll put one up and see what people think. Most of the autopsy reports I have are American and unless they are actual celebrities, I am not disclosing their names here. For about a million reasons, including site policy. So please don't ask for them and if you find them on your own, don't repost them here. I would also please ask that you not repost the images and notes on other gore sites, though I obviously cannot prevent you from doing so. If it happens, it will significantly reduce my likelihood of posting more.  This one is a convicted murderer. She was charged with (and found guilty of) murdering her husband a few years ago. After proclaiming her innocence and serving several years of her sentence, she hanged herself in her prison cell using the electrical cord for a flat iron. She was discovered by prison guards less than 10 minutes later, but resuscitation failed and she was declared dead. Portions of her autopsy report (I am redacting various identifying markers and some information that has no relevance to her hanging itself) are verbatim as follows: I. Decedent found partly suspended by the neck with electrical cord ligature per scene investigation II. Circumferential linear abrasion of upper neck consistent with ligature mark III. Petechiae – conjunctival, oral mucosa, larynx IV. Trace soft tissue hemorrhage about right hyoid bone V. Superficial incised wound – right hip VI. Pulmonary congestion and edema VII. Linear scars – ventral wrists, right hip VIII. Resuscitation-related sternal fracture CAUSE OF DEATH: ASPHYXIAL HANGING MANNER OF DEATH: SUICIDE CLOTHING AND PERSONAL EFFECTS The body is clad in a long-sleeved shirt, brassiere, shorts, underwear, and socks. The underwear is soiled with feces. Two pairs of studs bearing clear stones are recovered from the ear lobes. A barbell stud bearing green stones is recovered from an umbilical piercing. A black elastic band is recovered from the hair. EXTERNAL EXAMINATION Length: 66 inches Body weight: 150 pounds Hair: long brown scalp hair bound with an elastic band Eyes: blue irides; 6 mm round pupils; clear conjunctivae; white sclerae Teeth: natural dentition, good repair Algor: cool Rigor: complete, rigid Livor: purple, posterior, blanching Decomposition: none The body is received in a secured body bag, (seal #5110803), and is that of a well-developed, well-nourished female appearing consistent with the reported age of 25 years. The skin is dry, elastic, and decorated with multiple tattoos. The head is atraumatic. The patent ear canals contain no blood or fluid. There is no foreign material in the external nares. The lips and oral mucosa are intact. There is no fluid or foreign material in the oral cavity. The chin and mandibular aspects of the facial cheeks exhibit small pustules and papular lesions consistent with acne. The neck and thorax are symmetric. There are linear inframammary scars bilaterally. The abdomen is soft. Few white-purple striae mark the lower flanks. The back, pelvis and anogenital region are intact. There are two white-purple, somewhat linear scars over the right hip. The external genitalia are those of an adult female. Soft brown fecal material soils the perianal region. The upper and lower extremities are symmetric and normally formed. The finger nails are very short. White-purple oblique linear scars mark the ventral wrists. There are two small white linear scars over the ventral radial left wrist. There is a small white linear scar adjacent to an irregular white scar of the ventral left forearm. EVIDENCE OF INJURY A tan to red-purple linear abrasion measuring approximately 0.7 cm in width encircles the upper neck. The anterior and left lateral aspect of the abrasion measure 9 inches from the top of the head while the posterior and right lateral aspects measure 7 inches from the top of the head. The left lateral aspect of the abrasion exhibits a distinct pattern consisting of three parallel linear marks. Punctate tan-brown abrasions are clustered about the right submandibular aspect of the neck. There is a red-purple abraded contusion of the right mandible. Petechiae are distributed over the palpebral conjunctivae and alveolar mucosa of the right anterior mandibular. Layer-wise dissection of the anterior and posterior neck shows no trauma aside from trace soft tissue hemorrhage about the right greater horn of the hyoid bone. Fine petechiae are noted over the vocal (true) cords. The cervical spine and cord are intact. There is a 3 cm incised wound of the right hip within one of the aforementioned scars with a dove-tailed configuration of the superior end and a tapered inferior end. There is a small skin tag of the superior wound margin which is oriented towards the inferior end of the wound. The wound is limited to the superficial subcutis. Two small faint green-yellow bruises are noted above the left knee. A tiny red-tan abrasion marks the left popliteal fossa. There is a transverse fracture of the sternal body at the level of the 4th costochondral articulation without displacement or hemorrhage.  ·  ·  · |

She wanted to go out as natural as can be, seeing we all are born into this world nude, whats wrong with wanting to die the same way.. :) May she now rest in everlasting eternal sleep.. Happy for her that she got to die in nude. Sorry that she wanted to take her life so young but then again it was her decision so, If this was her wish, can only wish her the best now..
