Ligature Mark looks like the knot was at the back of the neck, compressing the arteries and airway efficiently. Lights out in seconds, death in minutes.

I received these with absolutely no backstory whatsoever. No details on age, name, location, etc. I know only that it is a female asphyxiation suicide. Possibly two different ones, not sure. The source was a reliable one that I have used before, but no details were provided. I will add details if I receive them. But for now...

UPDATE: With some thanks to Annihilator, I was able to get the complete story on this incident. 26 year old woman was actually murdered. It was a homicidal hanging, which was later determined (after an initial ruling of suicide) due to blunt force trauma on the woman's body: the result of her being manhandled and held in place while strangled with the cord.
