I read about dozens of hangings every day in my research. The trick is finding photos of them. So no...no one's really 'waiting for somebody to be hanged.' Just waiting for good pics of the hanging.

I posted these in the vintage section, but I believe they belong here. Pic 1: they were not sure if it was suicide or homocide. Pic 2: was the front cover of Confidential Magazine in the mid 50's.
