It's hard to tell in the picture--the "girl" could be as tall as the woman as she is kneeling. She may be older than she appears on first glance, and it may have been a mutual thing. It doesn't look as if either was forced, unless a third party was involved somehow.

even if there is relatives, in third world countries, sometimes the families can only barely look after themselves - it is a horrible situation either way, but if this is a case of mother and daughter murder/suicide, i can sympathise with the mum no one would take that decision lightly - fortunately i have never been in that situation where i have to consider a child - it must be devastating to even consider taking your child's life |
