Here's something for the thread. Pics aren't great, but beggars can't be choosers.

23 year old woman hung herself at home. Two theories were that she was crushed under debt because she borrowed a huge sum to open a coffee shop that was failing badly and also that she was having an affair with one of her employees there, which had recently ended badly.

Police investigation submitted their scene report to the newspaper, as is often the case with suicide deaths in Indonesia. Official report specified that there were no signs of a struggle and no indications of violence on the dead woman's body.

The investigator went on to state that the noose had caused her swollen tongue to protrude past her lips (the newspaper censored this part of the image, obviously) and that her pants were soaked with urine. Death was tentatively ruled a suicide and will be closed pending a final autopsy.

22 year old college student in India hung herself before a critical exam that she was afraid of failing. Fairly common rationale for a surprising number of young women in India. At least one in three suicides that I read about in that age group are citing school pressure as the catalyst for hanging.

Here's another Indian hanger. 30yo this time. Allegedly hung herself after getting caught in an affair with her brother-in-law. Her family says that the hubby strangled her for sure. First autopsy determined suicide by hanging. Second was called for.

No full determination yet. You can clearly see that she urinated extensively down both legs, which viewers of this thread know by now is strongly indicative of a suspension hanging. She would certainly have pissed herself when strangled, as well, but unless he strangled her while she was standing straight upright in one position, the pattern of urine staining is far more indicative of a suspended hanging from a ceiling fan, which was how she was allegedly discovered.

I suppose she could have been on her knees when she was strangled, but my very amateur opinion is still on suicide.
