This one's in pretty rough shape. Young woman hung herself on the staircase of her home and was found by her father three days later. Apparently at some point during the three days she was hanging, the rope broke under her weight and her body fell to the stairs below.

The left-most figure in the "II World War Polska" picture is also a woman. This hanging is featured in one of the "World At War" segments. First we see most of the figures already noosed. Then the second person from the left is noosed along with the couple on the left. She leans on the man. The video cuts away just as the hangman starts to push over the planks they are all standing on. The "II World War Polska" picture is flipped left-right from the WAW video.  · |
