I found an original of that one in poor resolution with the face blurred. Posted it originally and then decided to use theirs instead because it was a much better quality photo.  I almost never borrow from LD, but sometimes their sources are simply better than mine. So kudos to them for that.

What exactly do you think was wasted? Consider the Social Darwinist perspective for a moment. People who off themselves are, generally speaking, not among the fittest of the species, at least not mentally and emotionally. In the case of the young ones, should they live to grow up what are the chances that they will make a positive contribution to society rather than become a burden in which case what will be wasted are resources that could be better spent elsewhere. From certain religious perspectives, I can see calling these deaths a waste of a life with divinely imbued potential, but from a purely secular perspective it is hard to argue that anything much is wasted in such cases.
