And more info? Seems two caucasian type women hanged together. Rare and interresting. Seems to be a cold country as they were wearing puffer jackets, and the jackets are the same for both.
Rare indeed. Pictures like this usually surface from sources in central/south america or southeast asia. This one was part of a presentation of 3 uncommon asphyxial deaths in the Irkutsk region in Russia.

The other cases were very interesting, too. Espcecially the "sewer-man". What an idiot. Just hilarious.

Google translate does a sufficient job, just read the details yourself. Both girls indeed wear the same clothes. For me it looks like a love related suicide. Interesting stuff.
