I also found an article in 3 different arab language newspapers, referring to this vid. They cant be all wrong.

What struck me is a total lack of emotions on her, preparing and calmly executing the hanging as if she was preparing her morning coffee, trying out the noose as if she was trying out the dress to wear that day.

I thought suicidal people at least show sadness or anger, but nothing here, as if it was an instructional video on how to do it.

....look at her eyes tear stained glazed resolve......this wayward girl CLEARLY gave her life to feed my obsession...& your's too

not every hanging death is the same.Some like this girl die due to compression of the carotid artery which caused the spasms we saw. some break their necks(few) and many suffocate due to inability to breath. This was real.

The face turns purple NOT from constriction of the carotid but constriction from the jugular. What happens in neck constricted strangulation's is the Veins cannot squeeze blood out as fast as blood is pumped in. That is why they look at capillary rupture in the eyes, eye lids, and inside of gums.

Its simple, the heart can pump in a higher PSI than veins can squeeze out.

There is an excellent example on this site for strangulation's. I believe a Swedish man hung himself live on the Internet. Watch his face you can tell his head was super pressurized for several seconds.

What puzzles me, his face went livid then pale again, where's the pooled blood eventually gone?? Went back through arteries when his heart stopped?
