can u post link to article plz? also why did she left her legs up from ground was she trying to get chocked more? then there's that weird thing she did with her hands, palms inwards. can anyone explain that?

If I had to guess, I would say yes, she was trying to hasten the asphyxiation process by putting more pressure on her neck. It became obvious very quickly that the process of dying was going to take longer than she thought, so she tried to end it quickly by lifting her legs. It was a sign of some pretty intense struggling, in my estimation.

And I wager the hand tightening were a combination of effort as she lifted herself followed by convulsive muscle spasms. By that point, most of the muscles in her body were probably convulsing and going bananas. Terrible mess.

EDIT:All that said, I really am just guessing. I've read, heard, and seen a great many different explanations for the various aspects of the hanging process, but my first-hand knowledge is fairly limited. Most of my anecdotal experience is with the bodies themselves after the hanging is concluded.

I doubt she still was awake, as she lifted up th legs. My bet is, that she already lost consciousness around 2:27 or few secs later. Its a typical spasmodic movement, like the unnatural movement of the hands

This guy exactly does the same. It doesnt seem to be a willful movement.

Hrmn. I'm actually a little confused by the sudden noises around 3:10-3:20 or so. I initially thought it was her feet kicking things around, but having viewed it several times, her feet are not moving during that period. Sort of a popping/squishing noise. Is it her unconsciously gurgling and gasping for breath? Her bowels emptying? Muscle and/or bone creaking as she seizes up?

Yeah, not doubting you at all. I am fully convinced between multiple viewings and reading the various articles. Just querying for opinion on the sudden burst of noise halfway through. :) Her 'rope' didn't look thick enough to creak to that extent, so I was trying to ID the sounds' origins.
