That was certainly my first thought, but I wasn't absolutely sure so I didn't want to accuse the guy of deliberately posting fakes here. Some aspects of the photo look real, certainly. In fact some aspects of HER look real. but there are some rather amorphous lines and potential fabrications on her clothes and skin that give the appearance of Poser/DAZ fakery.
