Oh my God the title conjured up a sight that fuelled my sick side  But seriously, he must have been able to stand but not walk much to be able to do this himself  Looks like a really weird murder with a message to give someone. |

If the guy is handicapped, I am ruling out suicide completely because there's no way he could get to the ceiling to tie the sheet or to place that wheelchair on the furniture, so in my book it's definitely a homicide.

something is funny in that set up. woven basket in hand, ceiling too high for his reach and he got hanged? something's not right there.

I don't think he was handicapped at all. Look at his apartment, he's got a bicycle helmet, stairs, aquariums on the floor, caged windows, a dolly cart for moving heavy boxes, looks like a storage room of some kind. He probably just stacked the chair on top of the table so he could reach the beam to tie the noose.
