I don't its a hollow point as you see the bullet track I seen 7.62 54r full metal jacket do that as it will explode the head a hollow point won't leave a track like that IMO it was a high power round for sure

Maybe, I myself seen wounds like that from rifle rounds but I would think either way its not hollow point but I am no expert

Shotgun/rifle rounds to the face will typically destabilize the entire head and/or facial structure, so you tend to get that pancake-head as a result.  |
