I've seen a man with four shots in him 2 to the head and still fucking moving forward....it can take a while for the brain to realise its fucked up sometimes especially smaller calibre pistols. The young Spanish soldier ran after the 3rd shot and it was the 4th to the chest from another soldiers rifle that put him down. The man in question was wanted for war crimes in the Mostar area of Bosnia and decided to take as many UN Soldiers out as possible he had a grenade with a lump of metal welded to it and a wire on the chunk of metal connected to 3 PRom (Jumping mines) strapped to his body. fortunately (for us anyway) the welding of the chunk of metal to the grenade and age and poor storage (damp) had messed the detonator in the grenade he was pulling at the wire as he went down, but for some reason he made the wire about 3.5 feet long and his frantic search for the wire and pulling in the few seconds before he went down he never got to the end that would have made the PRPM's go "Boom" "Boom" "Boom" I swore after that day I would never surrender my sidearm when entering another nations camp again, and I didn't...I sat outside a few that wouldn't let me in but at least I was armed! |
