16 year old was killed with 12 shots from a 40 caliber pistol. He was approached in the street and shot dead, he died from the shots sustained to the head.

I just don't get this overkill publicity stuff. One shot is enough to get everyone's attention. And usually, people come running as soon as they hear the next few. I guess some guys just want to make certain everybody has the chance to see them in their moment of glory, and they'll stand there and pull the trigger for as long as it takes
