jumper? looks like he was hookin up the chains to the crane, take a look at the first pic, looks like he was workin up there and fell, not much for work clothes, no safety lines or harness. i give him a 3.2

But if so, why would there be cameras on him?

If I was going to jump I'd fall backwards that way I wouldn't see the ground right before impact.
