This image makes me wonder... The first pic he seems to walk outward, then the final pic you see his body by the base. Did he change his mind? Did he walk out and figured "this is too fucked up let me go back" and slip....? odd..

jumper? looks like he was hookin up the chains to the crane, take a look at the first pic, looks like he was workin up there and fell, not much for work clothes, no safety lines or harness. i give him a 3.2
