Absolutely real kiddies. Gasses which cause bloating of the corpse have escaped long ago, but you can see the skin has split on the legs, abdomen etc when the corpse was still distended. Also, that's not blood. It's leakage, probably from the body being moved. She's turning to soup on the inside, and when you move a corpse (especially in this condition) it will leak. Even the fresh one's do it if you aren't careful with them. Actually, if you sit a fresh one up too far, it breaks the rigour in the anal muscles, and it will leak shit everywhere. Nasty.
