i think it's a fake, too. the color of the skin is quite odd, and some of the darker spots look a lot like airbrush.
the yellow spots and the white crisscrossing on the thighs don't look real as well.
eyes and face look shockingly real, so does the blood. but the last pic, that's just too much, looks too much like showing off a realistic doll. in this state of decomposition i don't think the eyes would look that clear.
but one way or the other - great pics, and i don't really care if they're real or not.
