In my theory is she was held down with someone on top of her and he forced her hand to pull trigger as he was on top after the shot the killer put her hand back into place

Surely the recoil from a .357 revolver would have pushed her firing hand further back, right? If it was a 9mm pistol, I would buy the story. This has the looks if a set-up.  |

Looks staged too me. I'd be more inclined to believe her head was smashed in by a blunt object and then she was posed that way. I don't see any significant blood splatter around the left side of her head.  |

I did a little internet digging, and the police came to the same conclusion. They don't believe that it was suicide, either, and they're treating her death as a homicide and it's currently under investigation. Apparently this happened on Dec. 11th, and her name is Leidy Juliana Gonzalez and this took place in Paraguay. One of the articles also included this:  |

It's entertaining to see all the armchair-CSI folks speak so authoritatively, knowing many of them have never handled or shot a .357 Magnum. I have several, from snubbies all the way to Dirty-Harry-sized .357 Magnum pistols. Some recoil hard, some are surprisingly milder than you'd respect. Some are "flamethrowers", while others merely rock back in your grip and are surprisingly controllable. FFS, my #1 AR-15 is light enough to be dual-gripped like a pistol and shot accurately. And the .223 Remington is much more powerful (in many ways) than the .357 Magnum. I'm not saying she was murderd, but I'm also not saying it couldn't have happened as originally described. But a .357 mag pistol won't "jump out of your hand" or anything close. Fucking hell, even a (gasp) .44 Magnum won't do that, and I've shot plenty of them as well.  |
