Yes I was thinking the same exact thing if it was the work of the cartel then we would prolly be watching a video of them hacking her into pieces and then smiling for the camera...they won't bother with the whole staged bullshit....which brings it back to the husband...although he wasn't at the scene which is the perfect alibi...looking at the bigger picture and not just writing it off as a simple suicide like some lazy, stupid, wet behind the ear, limp dick detective......let's examine some motives...perhaps the husband had a mistress or maybe she had a lover....where did the gun come from ? (registration) hopefully the investigators in this case exhaust all possible angles and doesn't just assume she was "depressed" and decided to kill herself...in such a fashion

I not one who normally makes this call but I will this time as something just doesn't look right. The skin looks quite unnatural, almost synthetic, the damage to "her" skull is something more akin to a high velocity round, and the eye doesn't look legit... Do a quick search or simply look at similar threads, odds are you'll notice subtle differences.

I do think the story is legit, or at least meant to appear so. IMHO we're looking at something similar to a RealDoll in a staged crime scene. This sort of staging has been done before by more than a few nations, maybe that's the case here as well. The whole thing just doesn't look quite right...

Regarding the .357, my wife (petite frame) can manage the recoil pretty well but it will move her around a good bit. She's quite proficient but shooting it one handed is a no-go for her. Which leads me to the firearm in the photo. It's my belief that handgun would be pretty much anywhere OTHER than still in "her" hand, perfectly against the head.
