Girl "salvaged" on Dirt Road
A 21 year old female was found dead on dirt road in Tagkawayan, Quezon Province, with hands tied and 2 shots to the head. According to locals, the girl is suspected to have been "salvaged" and left there to be found. "Salvage" is basically an English word "to save/rescue" but its loanword Filipino language equivalent is opposite. It basically means here as "executed" or "killed and dumped". If any bodies found have signs of execution (i.e. point blank shots, disabled by binding, torture etc.), it is considered to be salvaged. |
