'J', a retired sergeant, was shot dead by 2 men on a motorbike. Ever since his son was murdered in November 2020, he had been receiving death threats.

The story begins on January 10th. Then 29-year-old A.K. decided to drive around St. Petersburg, knowing that he did not have a driver's license. He was deprived of them in 2019, and in 2016 he was conditionally sentenced for possession of narcotic substances.

For some reason, the drawing up of the administrative protocol was postponed; the young man was invited to the traffic police department of the Nevsky District only on February 23rd. 'A' did not return home. The next morning, his parents went to the police station. It turned out that after a protocol was drawn up under Article 12.7 of the Administrative Code, 'A' was taken to the 75th department of the Nevsky Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and was detained until the morning in order to be taken to court under control.

Damn. #3 is riveting. So I guess the police or another inmate killed him? Seems his incarceration for such a silly thing had a bigger purpose.
